Take the Pledge and start getting the edge:

Please Note: With the formation of the new North East Combined Authority and its expanded region, as well as upcoming changes to employment law, we are taking time to redevelop the Good Work Pledge to better meet the needs of our growing business community. During this process, we are still accepting applications and issuing awards. However, please note that no combined authority communications will be possible during this time. Any awards granted will be carried over into the redeveloped accreditation scheme.

We are looking forward to an early 2025 relaunch with exciting updates, including a stronger focus on people, new accreditation levels for small employers with an emphasis on employee health and wellbeing, along with a new name, look, website resources, members area, and events program. In the meantime, we continue to welcome new businesses to join the Good Work Pledge and start their journey toward creating inclusive, people-focused workplaces.
